Frequently Asked

Direct answers, no runaround.

How long does a contract review take?

Most reviews are delivered within two business days. Longer or more technical contracts may take additional time, which is quoted before work begins. Rush turnaround is available on request.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF and Word documents are both accepted. If your contract exists only on paper, a clear scan or photo of every page works as well.

Do I get to talk to the attorney who reviews my contract?

Every tier includes a written summary. A follow-up call to discuss flagged clauses is available as an optional add-on if you want to talk through the risk before deciding how to proceed.

What do I actually receive at the end of the review?

A written, clause-by-clause summary for Basic Review, a marked-up document with tracked edits for Standard Review, or a rewritten set of sections for Review & Rewrite. See the full pricing breakdown for details on each tier.
